Question: Do your products have any side effects?

All our products are formulated by Dermatologists with effective scientific and clinical approved ingredients and hence have none of the side effects. Still, certain products can be allergic to some people as even natural ingredients can cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Always test a patch of our product on your inner elbow and leave for thirty minutes to determine whether our product is safe for use by you. Immediately discontinue use if irritation occurs.

 

Question: How do I know which products are right for me?

Question: Are your products safe for use by pregnant or Breast-feeding women?

Our products are safe for use by pregnant and breast-feeding women. However, we advise you to consult with your doctor before using any of our products if you are expecting or trying to conceive.

 

Question: How do I place an order online?

You can place your order by adding products from our website into your cart. Add any discount codes if applicable and checkout with opt for the Cash on Delivery option.

 

Question: How long will my order take to be delivered?

Our delivery times nationwide are 3-5 days after your order has been confirmed. Orders within Lahore can arrive between 1-2 days after your order has been confirmed. The delivery time of all orders is subject to change depending on weather and public safety conditions.

Question: How long do your products keep for?

It is important to correctly store your BEROF Skincae products correctly, under 30°C and out of direct sunlight. Otherwise, each of products will last for as long as the specified period on each product’s webpage or as specified on its packaging.

 

Question:  Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are formulated and packaged at our manufacturing facility in Thailand.

 

Question:  What is your policy on animal testing?

We are 100% against testing cosmetics or skincare on animals and will NEVER ever allow it for any of our products.

 

Question: What certifications do your products qualify for?

We have certificates to ensure compliance. This is part of our ISO 9001 and Good Manufacturing Processes audit that ensures international quality of manufacturing on our premises. This a yearly audit and our latest ISO certificate is published here.

 

Question: What makes BEROF Skincare different from other skincare companies?

Our products are exclusive and unique. We are against the use of hazardous substances of all kinds. The products are dermatologically tested and safe for every skin type especially for the sensitive skin. The results are based on true medical principles under reasonable period. There are no side effects of these products, even after using continuously for a long period.
